CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or through our online withdrawal function available in our online shop.

You may also use the statutory model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Online Withdrawal Function
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal through our online withdrawal function available in our online shop.
If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium, for example by email.
Returns
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
Condition of Returned Items
Please return the item in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, and, where possible, in its original packaging.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.
Non-Returnable Items / Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised items.
For sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal expires if the seal has been removed after delivery.
No additional voluntary return right applies to gift cards. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected where applicable.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.
Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
